- The jewelry you purchase will receive lifetime cleaning and maintenance services. Proper cleaning and maintenance will keep your jewelry looking beautiful and restore the brilliance of the diamonds.
- For cleaning and maintenance, please contact customer service. Send the item to the specified address via courier, with the customer responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
Free Size Adjustment:
- Within three months of purchase, we offer one free size adjustment service (applicable only to adjustable jewelry).
- For jewelry that requires redesign, customers will need to pay an additional fee. The cost will be determined based on the specific design requirements.
Repair and Replacement Parts Service:
- If accessories included with your purchased product (such as small diamonds, earring backs, and clasps) are damaged or lost due to reasons other than quality issues, Sparklife offers a paid repair service.
Restoration Service:
- We offer a paid jewelry restoration service, which includes repolishing and replating. This service effectively removes metal scratches and damage, restoring the metal's shine. For specific pricing details, please contact our customer service.
Customer Service:
- We provide 24/7 customer service to handle inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Regularly notify customers via email or text message about new product launches, promotional events, and important updates.
Return Service:
- Returned items must be unused, retain original packaging, and be in a condition that does not affect resale.
- If you are not satisfied within 30 days of receiving the item, please contact customer service and send the product, including its packaging, certificate, etc., to our designated after-sales address. The shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
- If the item has quality issues, please contact customer service immediately, provide photos of the quality issue, and send the item to our designated address after confirmation by customer service. For returns due to quality issues, we will cover the shipping cost.
